Her father Mahesh Manjrekar is a famous Marathi actor and filmmaker where the biological mother Deepa is Custom Designer. She is one of the three siblings in her family.

Saiee has two stepsisters named Gauri Ingawale and Ashwami Manjrekar, also an actress and a stepbrother Satya Manjrekar also works in the showbiz industry.
